Refund policy
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. (The return policy vary due to Covid-19, & viruses) This doesn’t apply to ready to wear clothing or accessories. Only applies to custom orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This is for custom clothing only.
Sorry, but we don’t cover the return of your item when sending it back to us. (This goes for all merchandise shoes, clothes, soaps, jewelry etc.) Once we receive the damaged report / pictures of the damaged merchandise we can most likely determine if the item is due for a exchange / refund. We do feel if you return the item we can examining it a lot more visually. Every garment is inspected, before being sent out. As we are not perfect we do our very best to design, a flawless breath taking garment. It’s rare we have customers call about garment malfunction. I take designing very serious & understand how having a custom garment designed for you in particular is sacred.
Our team will ship out the new merchandise free of charge or send the Store Credit Gift Card. Only if we approve the item that has been returned, inspected, & are at fault of damage to the garment. This means if after we have probable cause, that the item did indeed have damage to it prior to being shipped to the customer. We will accept full responsibility with replacement, repairing, and or refunding partial funds to the customer.
The House of El’la Rouge Boutique & Beauté Bar values it’s customers & will work our hardest to keep them satisfied.
Note: At this moment if the garment does look worn we can’t do an exchange. As you may know Covid-19 virus can live on clothing. My team and I don’t want to contract this virus due to the return of garments or any other items. Please read over our return policy carefully so you won’t be disappointed if your returned / damaged item isn’t accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at thehouseofellarouge@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you, as well with instructions on how and where to send your package(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please follow the “Return” rules in order to get and exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please wait no more than 3 days to take action on this matter.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, under garments), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) depending on the situation of the garment. No returns on personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you can receive an exchange or store credit is to return the item(s) you have, with tags still attached, copy of receipt(s), items can’t be worn or used garments or items. Contact us by email someone will contact you within 24-48 hours. Once the return is accepted, you will get an email informing you of the approval. We are only re-shipping the same item out (or another option for custom) for the same valued price. We just need to make sure we have the correct color, size, look, item number and name of item in stock. Store credit will be issued on a gift card for “The House of El’la Rouge” if approved. We provided two forms of Gift cards: Virtual or Physical Gift Cards, which expires within a year from purchase date.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for exchange or store credit only.. We will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically get a chance to exchange for a similar item. You are allowed to get a different color/ style if the variety is offered. Please remember it can take sometime for shipping out the new product.
